Could you confirm me that If I publish a book with my rule (for children 7-9 years old), I can add some pics with my own Games-Workshop painted miniatures for illustrate my rule?

Do I have to indicate the origin of these figurines?

Regarding use of your own images in the rules, such as pictures of miniatures you have painted, this would not be an infringement as you are free to do as you wish with your own content.

When it comes to publishing your own content, such as a rules book, it must not make use of any of Games Workshop’s intellectual property. Please refer to our IP policy for more information on this:
