Sinon ça n'a pas trop sa place dans le sujet mais j'ai écrit à Privateer Press en joignant les captures d'écran attestant de la facturation de la TVA+frais de dossier. Un courriel courtois où je ne réclamais rien de particulier, juste pour signaler. Ils m'ont répondu de faire l'inventaire de mon colis quand il arriverait et qu'ils étudient actuellement une compensation pour les backers européens. A voir s'il en sortira quelque chose de concret.
C'était annoncé comme UE-friendly?

Je comprends : 'vous ne paierez pas de frais de dédouanement', ce qui n'est pas exactement la même chose que 'VAT free'
. Dans mon cas j'ai payé la TVA + frais de dossier donc dans les clous par rapport à ce qu'ils ont annoncé mais certains européens ont dû, eux, s'acquitter de la totale (TVA+frais de dédouanement+frais de dossier).Leur annonce :

There are about three dozen parcels still in the UK right now. We are going to have these shipped to an EU distributor next week to complete the shipping. This will add a little time, but should mean those remaining parcels get delivered without any additional charges. In the future, all rewards going to EU backers will be sent through an EU fulfillment hub to avoid any additional taxes.
We are sorry to have gotten tangled up in the confusion around Brexit. Thank you for your patience while we work through it to get your rewards delivered.
En résumé : nous étions dans les temps pour expédier avant le Brexit mais comme c'était le bordel à la douane d'une part et que les exigences en matière de docs administratifs étaient peu claires d'autre part, les colis se sont fait taxer.
