Je poste dans ce sujet mais ça concerne également Pulp CIty qui est une licence de Kitbash Games.

Kitbash Games will temporarily suspend sales to the EU and NI from 03 December onwards. This is due to implementation of EU GPSR rules from 13 December 2024.
Under GPSR regulations, individual or business wishing to sell to EU and NI customers not only need an official EU-based office or representative, they also need to abide by many new and extensive safety and packaging regulations. These regulations apply regardless of size of company, and with the current vision for implementation they hit smaller companies with limited EU and NI sales worst of all.
Non-compliance risks huge and life-changing fines, which is something Kitbash Games cannot risk.
The EU and NI are important markets for Pulp City and Supers Unlimited, and therefore for Kitbash Games. Some of SU’s most passionate fans live within the EU so this is a terrible situation for us, but we are not alone as many other small UK minis companies are facing the same challenge.
I will be exploring return to EU and NI sales in the weeks and months to come, and I hope that an affordable solution becomes available so our EU and NI customers and fans can continue to enjoy Kitbash Games products.
Ahead of the change, Kitbash Games Etsy store will begin a Black Friday Sale 29 Nov to 02 Dec before the suspension of selling to EU and NI is implemented.
I hope to find a solution to sell again to the EU and NI, and this will NOT affect fulfilment of the Pulp City Full Effect Gamefound project -I will find a way to honour those pledges.
Thanks, Leon.
