Welcome John! I have have absolutly no legitimacy in giving you advice about your communication but hey, why not trying: if I was you I would avoid at all cost using that last sentence :S (the one Mau quote). Believe me, it is dubious that all AVP pledges will be send before January and when your KS start people will come back to you with this quote and, that you like it or not, you will be associated with their mess. Yes, just because you believe some lies they tell you about this disaster :( . Because let face it, when it comes to AvP, there is only one constant: lies. And I doubt that there is a sentence in your contract preventing them to lie to you about this specific subject ;) . On a more positive note: when do you think we will be able to start working on the french version? January is on the horizon and I have some time now to work on this :D ...

Translation wise I know the latest draft has gone up as they has been some changes made in the mechanics after Mark and Jake has a mammoth session a few weeks back. Pour les non anglophones: John aborde l'historique de pq Prodos et apporte a la fin un argument qui se veut de poids. Prodos doit terminer les envois d'AVP avant le debut du KS AoT en janvier. Perso je n'y crois pas une seconde ( de quel envois parle t'on?) et je lui fait remarquer qu'il est glissant de s'aventurer sur cette pente. Lui pense avoir une assurance sure sur le sujet. Moi je dit qu'il est joueur :) ...
Ce que je retiens surtout c'est que contractuellement, Prodos ne touchera pas un kopek avant de shipper la marchandise aux backers... C'est quand même une garantie plus solide que ''si si on va finir AvP avant de se lancer dans AoT, promis". |
